Who We Are?
Beer & Co. has been established as a boutique financial services firm focussed on the broader financing needs of small to mid size mining and exploration companies, including corporate advising and tapping finance sources in addition to public equity.
In contrast to an established broker, we have a wide range of contacts across a number of broking firms that we work with. We will distribute across a number of firms and wholesale investors that have an interest in the small mining space. MOST advisers at any broker are NOT interested in the small mining space, so the distribution might have impressive numbers, but is not focused on small resources companies. Our distribution is both more focussed and broader than a single broker is able to offer as we have contacts across a range of firms and their advisers who are generally interested in this space.

Our Principals
The Principals of Beer & Co. are Michael Beer and Pieter Bruinstroop. Michael and Pieter previously worked closely together at Intersuisse, which is now owned by Phillip Capital of Singapore, and its related entities.
Michael and Pieter work with a range of other professionals, covering Investor Relations, geology and mining engineering and private client advisers as required by particular projects.
